Chokehole: Drag Wrestlers Do Deutschland

In this vividly realized 22-minute documentary, director Yoni Leyser (‘Queercore,’ ‘Desire Will Set You Free’) follows members of the drag wrestling collective ‘Chokehole’ as they take their show to Germany and share their personal stories of overcoming adversity. The vibrant theatrical show they create soon becomes as much an escape for the artists as it does for the audience.
