Charles de Gaulle: The Heavy Check

In one of the biggest overhauls in naval history, the aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle, bastion of the sea and flagship of the French navy, was refitted and upgraded in a dry dock in Southern France. It's an enormous technical feat that kept thousands of experts and technicians on their toes night and day, racing against time and dealing with unforeseen and potentially catastrophic problems.
