Manga artist Keigo Yamashiro (Masaki Suda) struggles to rise to the top of his craft due to his inability to create realistic villains. His fortune changes when he witnesses a brutal crime and spots the murderer (Fukase). Instead of revealing the killer's identity to the police, Keigo lies and uses the murderer's face as inspiration for his new manga series. The series becomes a hit – but there’s a horrifying twist: The violent events he depicts in his manga start occurring in real life.
