"Police scalawags led by Capt. Moreno (Roy Alvarez) and SPO4 Sgt. Mike Santana (Rudy Fernandez) make a show of encountering the fleeing bank hold-uppers who are in fact their cohorts. To keep their criminal activity a secret, Mike silences the group’s remaining members. Mike does not believe in due process and discharges justice on the spot like when they corner a notorious drug lord. Typical of his character, Mike maintains two girlfriends: Gina (Daisy Reyes), married with a daughter and night club manager Chona (Shirley Fuentes). He is critically wounded in an ambush but is saved by pious Michelle (Donita Rose) who brings him to the hospital. Mike falls in love with Michelle who eventually brings about his spiritual renewal. This worries his gang especially their leader, Capt. Moreno who decides to liquidate him. "
