Chander Sujit Kumar is a village simpleton neck deep in debt left behind by his dead father. The wicked Landlord of the village sets out to ruin Chander's life and make sure he pays his debt back at any cost. With trouble brewing in his life, Chander finds solace in the arms of Kamla the sister of his best friend Birju. The Landlord manipulates Birju into hating Chander and soon a wedge is driven between the thick friends. Also, Chander and Kamla are at cross roads to choose between their family and love.
