Mohammed (Omar Regan) and partners him with Middle Eastern Officer Abdul (Baba Ali) who prefers Sharia Law. Chief advisor Ahmed (Ali Amine) and Sgt Jackson ( Quadir Lateef) use Mo, Abdul and Richardson to strengthen their political status in Michigan.
