All Your Faces
Since 2014, in France, Restorative Justice has been offering victims and offenders the opportunity to engage in dialogues within secure environments, guided by professionals and volunteers such as Judith, Fanny, and Michel. Nassim, Issa, and Thomas, who have been convicted of violent thefts, along with Grégoire, Nawelle, and Sabine, who have been victims of home invasions, armed robberies, and snatch-and-grab thefts, as well as Chloé, a victim of incestuous rape, all choose to participate in Restorative Justice programs. Along their journeys, they experience anger and hope, moments of silence and spoken words, the formation of alliances and the pain of ruptures, moments of self-awareness, and the recovery of trust. And at the end of the road, sometimes, there is the possibility of healing.
