Towards The end of Part I, Joker opens the Pandora's Box in order to save the life of his beloved, only to find himself transported back in time through memory lane to five hundred years earlier. There Joker id destined to meet Cinderella, a woman who will change his life altogether. He will fall madly in love with her. He will also witness, and relive, the scene of the Monkey King being subdued bu Bodhisattva. Reacquainted with the importance of Longevity Monk's journey to help suffering people, joker finally agrees to become the Monkey King again and complete the journey to the west with his master. In doing so, however, he must let go of all worldly desires, including love.
