Arman decides it's time to change his life, and during an impromptu jog he bumps into the slightly cynical but lovely Amélie. Meanwhile, Arman's best friend Benjamin suffers a stroke that lands him in the hospital for weeks. Over the course of two autumns and three winters, Arman, Amélie and Benjamin share the moments, accidents, love stories and memories that will define who they are.
