Why Is Saving So Boring?

S1 E4: We all know we should save, but most of us aren't saving anywhere near enough. Why? Because saving is boring. Our brains have a surprising response to saving, and in this episode Nigel sets out to find out why we don't like saving, and how we can get better at it. Along the way he's going to take lollipops off little kids and show us all how we fudge the books inside our own heads.
