Una luz al final del túnel

S1 E3: María becomes tougher at the Chinese prison, especially after a violent fight with a recluse, results in a stay in solitary confinement for a few weeks. Only the memory of what happened in Madrid years before keeps her strong enough to fight for her life and devise what will be her future revenge. After several talks with Fernanda and Trini, a friend of hers, María retraces the story of her birth at El Remedio Convent. There, Fernanda gave birth to two twin daughters, María and Amparo, but Trini, indebted with the convent, was forced to betray Fernanda and give one of the girls in adoption to a rich family, while Amparo stayed with her mother. As María learns more about her birth, her mother Luisa tries to cover the past no matter whatever it takes, even resorting to bribes. Her father Francisco also tries to cover what happened. asking Enrique for help, unaware that he's one of the people responsible for the stolen babies business. Juan, recovered from the hit-and-run, will accompany María during all this process, where their connection will be essential for her to want to get to the end of it.
