Diaphragmatic breathing is a fantastic way to get oxygen flowing while maintaining a strong core throughout your Pilates workouts. We all breathe in different ways so this session will start with an awareness of your own natural breathing style and what that means, and then give you an experience of 3-dimensional breathing where we focus on breathing into the front, sides and back of our rib cage.
