S1 E3: Eight remaining finalists are shocked when they get unexpected short haircuts new hair color extensions and straighteners to transform their look during a radical make over. Make up artist Jay Manuel and high profile stylist Derek Khan are this weeks guest judges. Later on participants attempt to keep their concentration during a photo shoot when they must share their colorful close ups with snakes.
