Teens in the Streets

S1 E6: The drug abuse of the Eastside is starting to spill over into nearby Chinatown. With business owners & residents alarmed, the B.E.T. decides to act. Constable Black takes charge of the situation by clearing the streets of drug users, & then targets a notorious dealer who operates out of a Chinatown rooming-house. Constables Russell & Prévost face the growing problem of teenagers on the streets.
