Swahili Movie Night Dinner

S1 E4: Minjiba plans a menu for a film screening at the home of an award winning Nairobi filmmaker. She creates a Swahili menu to compliment the film about Lamu Island. She makes Swahili spiced humus, quail curry and a Lamu dated studded loaf for dessert.
