The Biggest Loser Power Sculpt consists of three different strength training workouts (plus a warm-up and a cool-down), each with an increased level of intensity. Cardio Level 3: With Bob as your trainer, this 10-minute workout will add weight training exercises and some of Bob's signature "boot camp" moves.
