Roxanne's First Fugitive

S1 E2: Two years ago, a young girl was sexually assaulted multiple times. After the crime took place, the suspect disappeared. Today, Detective Roxanne Lopez has two conflicting tips on his whereabouts: he's either living and working in Ft. Lauderdale, FL or hanging out locally, in Spring Valley, NY. Commander Lenny DePaul pulls together a team of Marshals who fly to Florida to begin the hunt. Meanwhile, Roxanne remains back in Spring Valley, combing neighborhoods and speaking to a number of informants. While scouring two different cities the teams race to find their fugitive before he slips away again.
