S1 E3: Made Over By is a new makeover series that challenges three groups of the UK’s snappiest amateur dressers to restyle one woman who has lost her fashion way. Youthful barista Grandmother Rebecca lives in black and baggy clothes, even her wedding dress was black. She’s desperate to enter her fifties with a new sexy look so she’s handed over control of her wardrobe to three groups who have no styling experience. First up to make over Rebecca are die-hard fashionista’s photographer Sophie and hairdresser Casey from Cardiff. Casey is so mad about fashion he would rather skip lunch so we can afford clothes. Meet the London ladies. hair consultant Sheldeen, singer Elaine and art student Monzie who are fearless in their fashion choices and on a mission to give Rebecca a sexy new look. Rebecca’s eyes are opened by a shopping trip to an Army Surplus store where the ladies show her how to customize clothes “London style”. In Manchester - can stylish hipsters Ben, club promoter and his wingmen twins’ - events promoters Chris & Craig charm their way to victory? The lads like to embrace club cool but how will this sit with Rebecca who is more at home in baggy cardigan and leggings? The competing teams all get to watch footage of their rivals to see what they are up against. The show climaxes with Rebecca restyling herself in her own dressing room where fashion guru Gok Wan makes a surprise visit. Rebecca then reveals her new fabulous self to all the style tribes. Who will she ultimately choose to be made over by…?
