Preparing The Season

S1 E2: Roebuck during the late summer is a unique experience, and good experiences just get better when shared with friends – like Jean-Dominique Sturm and Franz-Albrecht von Oettingen-Spielberg do at Trolle Ljungby. On the estate, the harvest of wheat has begun, telling us that summer is about to turn into fall. Tomorrow morning will be the first day of the open season for Swedish roebucks.
