Part One

S1 E1: When 18-year-old Amelia receives a cochlear implant, the deaf girl must learn to make sense of sounds for the first time. Wanting to adjust to the hearing world and break free of her overprotective parents, she goes to stay with her homicide detective uncle, kindly aunt, and their party-loving children. But when Amelia sees a murder, she becomes the key witness in her uncle Jim’s case.
