S1 E2: 99% of those who carried out the murders in the Holocaust were never prosecuted; most were never even questioned. The vast number of those enthusiastic participants simply walked away at war's end - completely untroubled by justice. Even with an endless wealth of evidence to present to the courts, the Allies' pursuit of justice simply stopped, deciding not to proceed any further. Why?
