Meanwhile, Nova’s (Rutina Wesley) article on the teen protesters does not reflect her true work, and when she confronts her editor, his response forces her to evaluate the next steps of her career. Elsewhere, Charley (Dawn-Lyen Gardner) remains focused on carrying out her original plan for Landry Enterprises, despite pushback from Remy (Dondré T. Whitfield). Ralph Angel’s (Kofi Siriboe) issues with Blue’s (Ethan Hutchison) behavior reach a boiling point. And finally, Micah (Nicholas L. Ashe) makes a heartfelt plea to transfer schools, and he is later flooded with emotions when the officer who arrested him is exposed.
