Murder for Sale

S1 E3: Gabbi's longtime friend, Kimberly Stark, is finally selling her home after residing in it for many years. But the morning after the very first open house, her broker, Joe Parillo, is found dead in her foyer. Naturally, Kim turns to Gabbi for help. There are few leads, and it's initially presumed that this was a simple burglary gone wrong. But after questioning Kimberly, Gabbi points Lisa and Rick in other directions. There are suspects no one's looking at. Could it have been Kimberly's ex, Steven, who is discovered in house security footage taking something that belonged to him? Did he accidentally kill the broker in the process? Perhaps it was Joe's competitive ex-partner, Dean, who was screwed over in a past dealing. Or his recently jilted lover, Laura. As usual, all is not as it seems to be.
