Kandy

S1 E2: Tea and tranquility are on the menu as comedian Alexander Armstrong takes the train to the mountain town of Haputale. As this engaging travel documentary continues, he learns about the history of the Sri Lankan tea trade and visits a family of modern-day tea growers. In the city of Kandy, he meets a master Kandyan dancer and is introduced to the ancient traditional medicine, Ayurveda.
