S1 E2: Richard and Adam Hills charter a yacht to cross the Bosphurus into Asia but decide they prefer the ferry back. They dine out on raki and tripe soup, which they decide is perhaps a little ‘too Turkish’. Adam tries his hand at bartering when he buys a carpet in the grand bazaar and Richard subjects himself to a traditional Turkish shave with a cut throat razor.
