S1 E1:
Lauren's gentle tone of voice will work your mind, body and spirit in ways to uplift your day. This 30-minute flow aims to open up your body and build heat within minutes. Through a series of Sun Salutations, standing postures, back and forward bends, twists and balances, you will get a whole body workout. Floor poses will calm the mind with a guided meditation, upon completion.
