Iceberg, Man With Kimaira

S1 E1: Receiving the request from a rich old man named Crossword, Black Jack visits the Rackosky Island, where he encounters a mysterious endemic disease called "Kimaira". Black Jack examines his medical records left by previous doctors carefully, yet he can not find out the cause. He notices there is one thing other doctors have not tried. That is to examine the inside of the patient while Kimaira's attack is in progress.
