This gravity yoga session targets hamstrings, providing a targeted stretch to help improve flexibility. The hamstrings are a set of muscles on the back of your legs and they get tight from running, sitting at a desk and general inactivity. When your hamstrings are tight, it can limit you in just about every other physical activity Tight hamstrings are also associated with most lower back injuries.
