The thigh and glute muscles are often the focus of many workouts but can be the most stubborn areas to reshape. This routine is specifically designed to firm up, tone and target the trouble spots of the glutes, inner thighs and upper leg area. As these muscles are stimulated and awakened, they will begin to change and become shapelier leading to a rounder, stronger and firmer legs and butt.
