Gilbert Burns vs. Christos Giagos

Unbeaten Rio de Janeiro native Gilbert Burns impressed in his Octagon debut against Andreas Stahl, winning a unanimous decision in July, but in his homecoming bout as a UFC fighter tonight, he promises to be even better in the 155-pound lightweight class when he takes on newcomer Christos Giagos. Winner of six of his last seven bouts, Giagos has finished 80% of his victories thus far, and after beating the likes of Dakota Cochrane and Chris Tickle, he earned a call to the UFC to begin his own road to the top of the division.
