Full-Court Miracle

S1 E1: Team captain Alex Schlotsky, who dreams of a pro basketball career knows it will take a miracle to bring the winless Philadelphia Hebrew Academy Lions to the playoffs. When he meets Lamont, who is pursuing a pickup by the NBA, Alex persuades the struggling player to take a chance and coach some seemingly hapless kids into champions. Although their minds are often on basketball, the boys are also studying the miraculous Chanukah story of Judah and the Maccabees and soon find similarities between Lamont and Judah. Perseverance, teamwork, and faith help the coach and young team build towards the championship game day.
