S1 E4: The couple head to the NPC event, famous as a gateway event for professional bodybuilders who are headed to compete in the Mr Olympia. With a lack of drug testing, can the natural couple compete with the enhanced athletes? After the NPC, the couple ventures to compete in WBFF Worlds in Vegas, where they meet up with friends they have made along their transformation journey. It is starting to take an impact on the couple however, the stress of calorie cutting and training constantly is starting to cause tensions to build. Can they make it together and stay strong during the final leg of the journey?
