Feast of Fleshes

S1 E3: Three top-notch chefs go hog wild, when they have to create a feast of dishes using only one type of animal, including its organs. In this nose-to-tail battle, the chefs are randomly assigned pork, beef or farm-raised veal. Chefs PJ Calapa, Jehangir Mehta and Natasha Pogrebinsky compete for the prize. Which chef will "meat" their match?
