S1 E5: Peter and Duncan serve up zebra and crocodile in their African-themed restaurant complete with stuffed animals, whilst rivals Wayne and Tessa offer up a bohemian bistro - but Wayne's attempts to serve steaks cooked to order don't fair well against tricky customers.
