Episode 2

S1 E2: Gordon must trust the prisoners with sharp knives if they're to cook on the inside to sell on the outside. He develops a lemon curd treacle tart for production and, for the first time, Bad Boys Bakery bread and cakes are sold to the general public in a pop-up shop.
