S1 E2: Lok-yee asks Choi-mei and then Yan Sum to side with her as she hopes Yiu-tong will not be chosen as the scapegoat. Yiu-cho unexpectedly offers to act as the scapegoat, and he receives The Masons shares as compensation. Jin-hung turns out to be his advisor. After the court is adjourned, charges against Yiu-chung and Yiu-tong are dropped.
