S1 E1: Swedish foreign minister Elsa Engström travels to Tasiilaq, Greenland, to attend the Arctic Council and propose a treaty prohibiting oil drilling in the Arctic. One of her advisers, Viktor, is visiting a Swedish oil exploration ship, but during his visit the ship is attacked and he is taken hostage. His pregnant wife Liv, a Swedish security police agent, travels to Greenland to rescue Viktor, while the Arctic Council debates whether the attack was meant to block Elsa’s treaty.
