S1 E3: In Buckinghamshire, Charlie helps Leena and David get to grips with the issues and dilemmas of their large two-storey extension, whilst living apart throughout most of their build. Sophie heads to Surrey where mother and daughter Claire and Liz are embarking on the transformation of a beautiful but dilapidated 18th century property as an investment for all the family.
