Cooking Up a Trophy Bighorn Sheep with Janis Putelis and Chef Kevin Gillespie

S1 E5: Janis Putelis put in some serious work to harvest a mature Bighorn Sheep this year and Chef Kevin Gillespie wants to show him a way to prepare it that lives up to the effort Janis put into the hunt. The pair spends all day creating an ancient Kashmiri Dish called Rogan Josh, along with homemade Naan Bread, before finally getting a chance to taste their hard work.
