Classic Twist

S1 E1: Rachel puts a tasty twist on some classic dishes to show how even the most traditional desserts can be given a tantalizing new lease of life. On the menu are: Salted caramel crème brûlées, Meringues with pink grapefruit curd and cream; and Apricot fool with cardamom shortbread fingers.
