S1 E5: The BBQ throw-down pits 72 all-star teams from around in the world against one another in the ultimate BBQ battle! These pit masters fought their way through regional competitions to earn a coveted spot at the WFC in Las Vegas. Now they'll face off in a two round showdown to determine who is the best of the best. In the first round, the teams will present their finest ribs, pork butt, and brisket barbecue. The field is then narrowed to the top ten finalists, who must master a mystery challenge pushing the boundaries of creative barbecue. The winner receives a $10,000 prize, the title of "World BBQ Champion", and a chance to compete at the Final Table against six other category winners for $50,000 and the "World Food Champion" crown!
