Bacon

S1 E2: This is an intense battle between pro chefs and home cooks from around the globe over American's favorite food: bacon! After qualifying in regional competitions, these culinary all-stars are descending on Las Vegas to find out who can bring home the bacon in a three round cook-off. In the first round, contestants must create a signature bacon dish. In round two they must reinvent a bacon classic. The top 10 will move on to create one more dish pairing a mystery ingredient with bacon.
