S1 E4: An actress named Michelle, who finally rises to stardom after many years of trying, lands a starring role. However, Lady Luck turns her back on Michelle. She falls ill just before the shooting of the final scene. She is suffering from an unknown disorder, becoming thinner and thinner since her body rejects any food.
