Alejandro Perez vs. Jose Quinonez

A former pro soccer player, Team Velasquez' Jose Quinonez went on to study boxing, Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu before settling in on an MMA career. In 2014, Quinonez took his shot at glory on The Ultimate Fighter Latin America, and after wins over Bentley Syler and Marco Beltran, he is one victory over Alejandro Perez away from becoming a member of the UFC roster. Despite being only 25 years old, Tlanepantla's Perez was one of the most experienced members of Team Velasquez, and it was that experience that helped propel Perez to wins over highly-touted Fredy Serrano and Guido Cannetti and earned him a shot at a UFC contract in tonight's final against Jose Quinonez.
