Today's focus is on Abs & Arms. It's Day 3 and often that's the day you want to skip. But just remember that you are sculpting, toning and training like a pro. Stay with it, and the results alone will be your motivation, I promise you. Between each set, you will have the choice today of doing a 3 Point Ab and Tuck Jump (Cardio Option) or a Clean & Press with a Squat (Strength Option).
