A Very Merry Toy Store

S1 E1: Connie Forrester, a young single mom, and Will DiNova (lonely but doesn't know it, yet) each run their small, family-owned toy stores in the town of New Britain, CT: Forrester Toys and DiNova Toys. Connie and Will, like their families before them, have been business rivals for years--until both of their livelihoods fall into jeopardy when the big box toy store Roy's Toys has its grand opening in New Britain right before Christmas. To thwart the unscrupulous Roy, Connie and Will engage in the kind of clever one-upmanship they once reserved for each other--but this time the stakes are higher. Now, the two must overcome their differences and work together to save the stores that have defined their families for generations--and in the process, these two might just find love was actually just down the street.
