S1 E6: Gretchen Carlson has been secretly taping Roger’s harassment for over a year and is working with Nancy Erika Smith, a brassy New Jersey lawyer specializing in sexual harassment. Roger goes all in to achieve his political end of electing a president, and he’s found the perfect candidate in Donald Trump. This causes conflict with Murdoch, who has no desire to publicly support such a divisive figure. But Roger makes a mistake—he fires Gretchen, unwittingly setting into motion not her demise, but his own.
